Historique :	Oeuvre du sculpteur Félix Charpentier (1858-1924), signée et datée de 1904. Une réduction en marbre de ce modèle est présentée au Salon des artistes français en 1905. Le pâtre a été donné par Charpentier, à la suite de la canonisation de la Pucelle.
