Description :	La statue en pierre du saint est couchée à l'intérieur de l'autel. Elle sert d'appui au poteau de bois qui soutient le retable. Cet édifice de menuiserie repose sur la statue en pierre du saint.

Historique :	L'ensemble de cet autel n'est peut-être pas homogène : le retable lui-même pourrait être de la fin du 18ème siècle tandis que le corps de l'autel avec son cartouche ou médaillon cerné de chutes de trophées encadrant la figure de saint Jacques paraît contemporain de la toile. Le fronton lui-même est cintré. La statuette est du début du 18ème siècle comme l'indique la présence du mantelet orné de 3 coquilles.
